Salmon with corn flour


Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets, 4 eggs, 1 spoon of chopped onion, 1 cup of corn flour, 1 cup of parsley, 1 cup of sweet cream, butter or margarine, 1 spoon of sweet ground paprika, salt

Preparation time: 40 minutes for 4 persons

Preparation:
Wash the salmon fillets and sprinkle them with salt. In a greased pan place the chopped onion, corn flour and chopped parsley. Place salmon steaks on top of that and pour them with melted butter and mixture of formerly mixed eggs and cream. Sprinkle the entire bowl with paprika. Bake the dish until it gets to a golden-creamy colour (30–35 minutes).

Rice or potato on butter are used as side dishes.
