Ingredients:
1 kg tuna, 40 g white pepper, 40 g red pepper, 40 g green pepper, 10 g black pepper, 250 g carrots, 250 g baby corn, 250 g mango.

Preparation time: 20 minutes for 4 persons

Preparation:
Make a mixture of 4 types of grain peppers. Crush the pepper and rub it onto the salted tuna. Grill the tuna and mango pieces or fry them in a pan with no oil. Cut the fresh or slightly boiled carrots so that they look like baby corn cobs. Cut in half the canned baby corns and serve with tuna or grilled mango.
