Battered shrimp in yogurt dressing


Ingredients:
250 g battered shrimp, 2 dl yogurt, 1 onion, 2 sprigs of parsley, 1 sprig of basil, 1 teaspoon of thyme, pepper, salt

Preparation time: 15 minutes for 2 persons

Preparation:
Chop parsley, basil and onion. In a deeper dish mix yogurt and oil well, then add previously chopped vegetables and spices. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well. Fry the thawed shrimp for 3-4 minutes, until they become brown.

Serve shrimp on a large plate and pour sauce over them.
