Sea fruit Mediterranean style


Ingredients:
500 g sea fruit, 30 g meaty bacon, 1 kg potatoes, 20 g oil, 1 spoon of flour, large onion, small red pepper, small green pepper, 1/4 cucumber (about 100 g), 10 olives filled with peppers, lemon juice, white pepper, ground sweet paprika, salt

Preparation time: 40 minutes for 4 persons

Preparation:
Salt the sea fruit to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice and roll into flour. Heat the oil and cubes of bacon, add sea fruit and fry them on both sides. Leave the sea fruit in a warm place.
Slice the pepper into strings, cucumber into halves and onion into rings. Season with ground paprika, add salt and pepper. Cook with a lid on for about 15 minutes. Add water if necessary. In the end add the halved olives and pour on top of the sea fruit. Serve boiled potatoes sprinkled with parsley as a side dish.
