Roasted scorpion fish in white wine


Ingredients:
1 kg scorpion fish, 1,5 dl oil, spoon of flour, 1,5 dl white wine, bay leaf, lemon, salt, pepper

Preparation time: 50 minutes for 4 persons

Preparation:
Drizzle the fish with lemon, add salt and pepper and place in a greased pan. Make the sauce from oil, flour and wine, dilute with some water. Add salt, pepper and bay leaf and pour on top of fish. Bake in the oven for some 40 minutes, constantly pouring juice over the top. Place the baked fish in a bowl and pour the baking juice over it.
