Hake fillets fried in beer


Ingredients:
1 kg hake fillets, 3 eggs, 200 g flour, 2,5 dl beer (one glass), 2,5 dl oil, salt

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Preparation:
Season the fillets with salt (if desired, cut into smaller pieces). Separate egg whites from egg yolks. Mix the yolks and flour until the mixture becomes even, sprinkle with salt and slowly add beer, all the while mixing it. Beat the egg whites into firm foam and gradually add it to the batter, mixing gently. Place the fillets in this mixture and fry on hot oil until they become brown.
