Catfish casserole


Ingredients:
1 kg catfish, 4 onions, 4 carrots, celery leaf, 1 parsley, 4 garlic cloves, 1 cup of rice, 4 tomatoes, 4 peppers, 1 cup of canned green bean (or fresh), 3 eggs, half a glass of wine, oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper

Preparation time: 1 hour for 4 persons

Preparation:
Cut the fish into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Fry the sliced onions in oil, together with carrot cut into sticks and garlic. Cook adding water and wine. Sprinkle salt and pepper, and then add the chopped celery, tomato, peppers and green bean. Cook for ten minutes. Now place the vegetables into the casserole dish, mix in the cleaned rice and place on top pieces of fish, to which you previously added salt and pepper. Pour more water if necessary and bake in the over for about 40 minutes. Towards the end of baking, pour mixed eggs (to which you added salt and parsley) onto the casserole. Bake for ten more minutes.
