Silver carp with tomato juice


Ingredients:
2 kg silver carp, 2 cloves of garlic, 3–4 carrots, 2 dl tomato juice (or sliced whole tomato), 2 dl white wine, spoon of flour, oil, parsley, 1 lemon, salt, pepper

Preparation:
Slice the fish, sprinkle with lemon juice and let it set for a while. Then sprinkle with salt, pepper and fry on hot oil. Take out the fried fish and set aside, fry the shredded onions in oil, together with sliced carrot and sliced parsley. Cook for a while then add tomato juice (or sliced tomato) and some flour. Cook then add wine and a cup of water, cook for another ten minutes. Place the fish in a serving bowl and pour sauce over it.
