Grass carp soup


Ingredients:
400 g grass carp, 2 onions, 2 dl sour cream, 2 carrots, 1 celery, 1 parsley, bay leaf, pepper grain, oil, flour, 2 yolks, 1 table spoon of vinegar (or 2 teaspoons of lemon juice), 2 slices of bread

Preparation:
Cut the fish in small pieces. Clean the onion and the remaining vegetables and place in a dish together with the fish (slice the onion into small chunks, leave the remaining vegetables whole). Add bay leaf and pepper grain. Cook until the meat becomes tender. Drain the soup and place the meat onto a warm plate. Slice the vegetables from the soup and return them to the soup. Add the roux. Mix sour cream and yolks and also add to the soup. Add vinegar or lemon juice, salt to taste. Slice the bread into cubes, fry and pour with the ready soup. Serve the cooked fish separately.
