Carp made the Vojvodina way


Ingredients:
1 kg carp, several slices of bacon, 2 onions, 0,5 kg potatoes, 50 g carrots, 2 dl sour cream, ground sweet paprika, salt

Preparation:
Clean the carp and make an incision to its skin on one side. Place slices of bacon in incisions, sprinkle with salt inside and out, sprinkle with pepper. Grease the baking pan and toss in the sliced onion. Place sliced potatoes onto the onion, then the shredded carrot. Place the fish on top so that the side with bacon is turned upwards, pour sour cream and bake at a medium high temperature. The meal is ready once the potatoes are well cooked.
