Baked beans with smoked silver carp


Ingredients:
500 g smoked silver carp, 500 g beans, 250 g red onion, 2-3 garlic cloves, 1-2 dry red pepper, some sweet red paprika, several grains of butter, salt to taste (smoked fish is salty), some oil.

Preparation:
Cook the beans with red and white onions, sweet paprika and pepper. Once the cabbage is cooked, add a whole red pepper, pour into a dish, earthen pot if possible and bake for about 45 minutes at 150 degrees. After that, place the fish on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes. During baking the fish releases its juices into the beans and thus a unique taste is achieved.
