Sour cabbage with smoked carp


Ingredients:
1 bigger cabbage, 1 half of a smoked carp, 2 onions, 3 garlic cloves, bay leaf, spoon of ground pepper, spoon of hot paprika, oil, salt to taste (smoked fish is salty)

Preparation:
Chop the onion and fry it in oil. Add small chunks of garlic and cook for half an hour. Add the chopped cabbage and cook for about half an hour. Season and let cook for a couple of more minutes. Place into a baking pen or casserole dish, cover and bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 1 hour. Afterwards submerge the fish and bake for another 15 minutes. To be served hot.
